The IPTVSub Guarantee: We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are unable to get our service working on your devices, or if you face unresolvable technical issues within the first 7 days of your purchase, we will issue a full refund.

1. Conditions for a Full Refund

We want you to be completely satisfied with your IPTVSub experience. A full refund will be granted under the following conditions:

  • You request the refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date.
  • You have contacted our technical support team (via WhatsApp or Email) and we were unable to resolve your connection or setup issues.
  • The service is completely incompatible with your devices (Smart TV, Firestick, Apple TV, PC) despite following our setup guides.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

To protect our service from abuse, we cannot issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The 7-day guarantee period has already passed.
  • You requested a refund because of buffering issues caused strictly by your own Internet Service Provider (ISP) throttling, or having an internet speed below our recommended 20 Mbps.
  • You violated our Terms of Service (e.g., sharing your single-device subscription with multiple households, attempting to restream our servers).
  • You simply changed your mind after using the service extensively for several days. (We highly recommend taking advantage of our 24-Hour Free Trial before making a purchase to ensure the service meets your expectations).

3. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the conditions above and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] or via our WhatsApp Support line.
  2. Include your Full Name, the Email Address used for the purchase, and your MAC Address / Username.
  3. Provide a brief explanation of the technical issue you are facing.

Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved by our technical team, the refund will be processed immediately. However, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear back on your credit card or bank account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
