Our service works on almost all devices with a screen. This includes Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony), Amazon Firestick & Fire TV, Apple TV, Android TV boxes, MAG boxes, iOS (iPhone/iPad), Android smartphones, and Windows/Mac computers.

While our servers are highly secure and encrypted, we recommend using a VPN if your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is known for throttling IPTV traffic during live sporting events. However, a VPN is not strictly required to connect to our servers.

Activation is instant! Within 5 minutes of your payment being confirmed, you will receive an email and a WhatsApp message (if applicable) containing your login credentials, M3U playlist link, and Xtream Codes API details.

IPTVSub uses anti-freeze technology, but buffering can occasionally happen on the user’s end. To prevent this: 1) Ensure your internet speed is at least 20 Mbps. 2) Connect your TV/Device directly to your router via an Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi. 3) Restart your router and device if you experience sudden lag.

Our standard subscription allows for 1 simultaneous connection. If you try to use it on 2 devices at the exact same time, the stream will buffer or block. If you need multiple connections, please select a Multi-Device plan on our Pricing Page.

No. We operate on a strict pay-as-you-go model. We will never automatically charge your card. You will receive an email reminder a few days before your subscription expires, allowing you to renew manually if you wish to continue the service.
